ATL & Roster Athletics have launched the ATL Affiliate Program. The Affiliate Program is a community of meet organizers who share a passion for expanding participation in the sport and bringing high-level track & field experience to grassroots meets across the country.

Easy setup, attract more participants, and earn extra revenue

  • Roster Athletics and ATL will provide you with everything you need to get started.

  • Did you know that it can be easier and less time-consuming to set up and run meets?

  • With the ATL Affiliate Program, you can attract new participants to your meets – from recreational runners to kids from other sports to existing licensed/unlicensed athletes.

  • Get started with no or limited initial costs and start making money at your first meet!

  • ATL Affiliate Program will support you all the way in your journey with us.

    • A suitable venue (e.g., public, school, or club track).

    • Timing (electronic or manual) – Roster Athletics and ATL can help you with both.

    • 5 to 6 volunteers or officials.

    • Printed bibs or hip numbers.

    • Access to the Roster Athletics competition management & registration platform.

    • From 10-1,000 athletes.

    • From 1 to an unlimited number of starts per athlete.

    • Hosting only track events will reduce the number of officials needed, but you can add field events provided you budget for more officials.

    • Keep your meet to a short window (e.g., 90-120 min) since participants value a short, compressed time schedule.

    • Rental of facilities (either through a club, school, or municipality).

    • Timing equipment (Roster Athletics and ATL can help you get started with no up-front costs if you don’t already have your own equipment).

    • Officials

    • Bibs (printed through the Roster Athletics platform).

    • ATL, platform, and Stripe fees.
